EARLY_ACCESS_APPROVED — approved for invitation-only early access. These terms do not authorize general availability, native distribution, external money movement, or live billing.

Early-Access Terms

Version: terms-early-access-2026-08-13

These terms and the associated privacy notice are approved for the current invitation-only early-access phase. A broader launch or material capability change requires a newly reviewed version.

Current service boundary

Continuum is an early-stage financial-data and planning application. It is not a bank. The current build does not hold funds, submit bank transfers, execute trades, or cancel services with merchants. Transfer, allocation, and automation concepts are disabled or limited to local planning records.

Invite accounts and access

New credential accounts require a valid invite and acceptance of the exact document versions shown during signup. New-user OAuth provisioning is disabled until an OAuth flow can present and record that same consent. Existing users may continue to use configured sign-in methods.

Connected and supplied data

A person should connect or provide only accounts and files they are authorized to access. Provider connections and third-party services may also have their own terms. Current imports, calculations, sync status, and provider coverage can be incomplete and must be checked against source records.

Planning and AI output

Forecasts, categories, summaries, assistant responses, and other generated output are planning aids. They can be incomplete, stale, or wrong. Important amounts and decisions should be verified in the underlying account records and with an appropriate human professional when needed.

Early-access changes and billing

Features may be changed, paused, or removed during internal evaluation. Billing code exists, but live billing is outside this phase approval and no external participant should be charged under it. Any future pricing and billing terms require a separate reviewed release gate.

Limits outside this phase approval

Final rules for retention and deletion, account closure, warranties, liability allocation, disputes, governing law, age eligibility, notices, and formal contact are not expanded by this phase approval. Continuum must obtain a newly reviewed version before broadening invitation-only access.
